Buyers Vantage was established in 1998 as a direct result of a need we recognized within the real estate market. We believe the equity you have earned in your homes belongs to you. With our MLS packages we will save you an incredible amount of money, while still providing you with all the essential services necessary for you to successfully sell and close on your home. Our services are specifically tailored to meet the individual needs of the home seller.  We have completely unbundled the traditional real estate services, saving home sellers thousands! 

Many homeowners feel they have only two options: "For Sale By Owner" OR List with a Real Estate Company at 5-7% commission. That is not true, you can get the best of both those worlds! Over the years the tremendous lack of "For Sale By Owner" support, lack of exposure and resources was the very reason Buyers Vantage, Flat Fee FSBO packages were established.

Nicole Denk / Office Manager Nicole has been working with Buyers Vantage for over 10 years as the Office Manager.
