Q: When should i list?A: Statistically the Wisconsin R.E market tends to show better results during the Spring/Summer seasons. Home inventory along with increased buyer pool runs through March-July. However, if you find yourself having to list after this season contact us & we'll discuss strategies we use during the slower markets. Typically, inventory is lower during these months therefore you have a less competitive market.

Q: Do I need a REALTOR?A. As a discount broker, we do believe that there is not a 'one size fits all' approach to selling a home. We find many home sellers are equipped to handle many of the tasks of listing and marketing their homes and only need additional internet exposure. This is why our Flat Fee MLS packages are helpful. On the other hand, many home sellers are looking for a 'less hands on' approach and need the assistance of strategic pricing, market strategy, professional advice and photography. Our discount full service option at 3.9% total commission is great.
